Educational System
Serare School offers the Kenya’s 8-4-4 Education system. The school guides the child to attain both theory and practical skills at kindergarten and primary level and hence take the KCPE certification. In high school Form 4s take KCSE certification.
School Library

Our library is well equipped with a variety of books for edutainment and referrals including amongst others encyclopaedias, periodicals, current and old newspapers, magazines and other informational material. Our aim is to encourage independent learning at Serare and the development of long-term learning and reading skills. Each student is required to utilize the library facility at least two hours every week. The class teacher and librarian closely monitor this.

Science Laboratory

At Serare we encourage the study of Science throughout the child’s education. In this light we have a modern and well equipped science laboratory. The teaching staff is qualified and experienced; this ensures that all science subjects in the syllabus are approached practically to raise the standard of performance in the whole school. Merit certificates are awarded to students who excel in monthly for examinations in sciences and other school subjects. Each new term students who excel in overall academic performance get a partial scholarship towards their education at Serare.

School ICT Learning

To keep up with the rapid growth in the global information technology, Serare School has an in house curriculum study program for computer literacy that caters to students in both Primary to High School level. High School students also get the opportunity to get certification from City & Guilds Pitman Qualification. This has ensured that our students are well equipped with the necessary computer skills by the time they leave Serare School.
